6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your statutory rights
You have important legal rights as a UK consumer. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. When you buy online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel your order and return goods even if they are not faulty; and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Right to cancel (change of mind)
You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to notify us that you want to cancel your order. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us. We must then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you can choose a repair, replacement or refund. If you reject the item as faulty within a reasonable time of delivery (typically 30 days), youโre entitled to a full refund.
How to return items
To make a return, please contact us at info@suppaddlesportshop.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. Returned items should be in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the return is due to a fault or misdescription, we cover reasonable return costs. For change-of-mind returns, you will normally be responsible for postage.
Timing
Refunds for statutory cancellations must be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. For faulty goods, refunds will be processed promptly once the return is received and inspected.
For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

Delivery timescales and charges are set out during the checkout process.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
