We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
If your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery service selected and courier performance.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 48 hours. We will contact you by email or telephone when your order is ready to collect.
Standard Delivery – from £3.95
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Speedy Delivery (48 hours) – from £5.95
Orders must be placed before 2:00pm to qualify for 48-hour delivery. Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Paddleboards & Inflatable Kayaks – from £9.95
Standard delivery (2–5 working days) is available from £9.95.
Next-day or 48-hour delivery is not available for these items.

Returns & Refunds
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Change of Mind (Online Orders)
If you purchase online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns policy for unused items.
To qualify for a goodwill return, items must be:
- unused
- in their original condition
- returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Cards
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
For cancelled online orders under your statutory rights:
- We will refund the original standard delivery charge.
- Any upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.
Unless otherwise stated, our 30-day goodwill returns policy also applies to sale items, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged.

Gift Vouchers & E-Gift Cards
Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Cards:
- are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- are non-refundable except where required by law
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
If you purchased an item using a Gift Voucher or E-Gift Card, any refund due will be credited back to the original voucher.Refunds for purchases made using gift vouchers will be credited back to the original voucher.
